Essay 1-02a: Essay

There are many universities in Japan. A lot of people spend their life in their university and our university is one of them. They enjoyed their university life for example, belongs to clubs. But most important thing to go to school is how to go to school. People come to school each way.


My house is near the university, so I usually go to school by bicycle. If I go to school by car, it takes more times than by bicycle. But when a rainy day, I must go by bus and on foot. It takes more times by bicycle, too. So, I always go to school by bicycle.


Some of my friends go to school by train. They live places where a little far from university. But they use not only train but also bicycle. They go to the station by bicycle and then they take the train. So, they always wake up early, they are in time for the train. Another friend lives alone near the school. So, she usually goes to school by bicycle but sometimes she come to school on foot.


Other friends go to school by their car. They live in Kikuchi and Kamoto. These are far from our university. So, they must borrow a parking space. Some people park their car in Kenritsugekijyo. These people drive their car sometimes, not everyday. They must think about traffic jam, especially on rainy day.


How to go to school differs with their house place. We must not be late for classes so we wake up early everyday. But to spend time in the university is very fun. For example, to chat with friends, to eat lunch, to spend the break time, and so on. Our classes are very hard and busy but we enjoyed our university life.

Baseball3

I like to watch a baseball game. My favorite baseball team is Giants. Do you know Giants? Giants are a central league team. There are two kinds of league in Japan. It is a central league and a pacific league. There are 6 teams in each league. Central league has the Yomiuri Giants, Tokyo Yakult Swallows, Hiroshima Toyo Carp, Hanshin Tigers, Yokohama BayStars and Chunichi Dragons. Pacific league has the Seibu Lions, Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles, Softbank Hawks, Nipponhamu Fighters, Chiba Lotte Marines and Orix Buffaloes. I am looking forward to watch a baseball game on TV everyday. Professional baseball games are very interesting. Please watch it.★

Foreign countries

I love Thailand. I really really want to go there. I have studying Thai since I was a high school student. There are many wonderful places in Thailand. I want to go to Bangkok, Thailand. Bangkok is a capital. There are many big shoping malls which famous for young people. So, I want to go there, I enjoy shopping. And I like Thai food. I cook Thai soup, Tomyamkun sometimes. But I've never been to Thailand, so I want to eat it in Thailand.

My other classes

I like speaking class. We talk with my friends in English in this class. But I can't tell what I want to say in English, so we teach English each other. I am not good at speak English but I like speaking class. Next, I like the class of Kaigaikensyu. We study about New Zealand in this class. It's for this summer vacation. When I take the class, I always think about home stay. And I become feel fun. So, I like this class.

BR 1-06: A Dog Named SAM

I read "A Dog Named SAM". This book is a little longer than ever I borrowed. There are three stories in this book and this book seems interesting so, I tried borrowing this book.


I will write about first story. Sam loved to fetch. In the morning, Sam fetched every sock in the drawer for Noah. He also fetched all the shoes in the closet for Molly. Sam walked Molly and Noah to the bus stop. On the way he fetched everything that he could fit into his mouth. The school bus came. Molly and Noah got on.

Sam heard the newspaper land on the porch. He fetched it. Father patted his head and left for work. And he fetched every newspaper from every porch on the block. Mother had to return every newspaper to every porch on the block. While mother was gone, Sam saw socks hanging on the clothesline next door. Sam had fetched the whole clothesline. Mother had to put back the clothesline and all of the clothes. She scolded him. Sam had to fetch something. He heard the school bus. Now he knew what he had to fetch. He ran to the door and he flew out of the house. He raced to the bus stop and he fetched Molly and Noah.


Next story is "GET OUT OF WATER, SAM". Sam liked water. Whenever he saw water, he jumped in. He followed Molly and Noah to the beach. He leaped into the water but he was scolded by the lifeguard," Get out of the water". Sam went fishing with Father. He jumped into the lake but he was cried all of the other fisherman. Mother took Sam to the park and he lay down in a fountain but he was yelled a policeman. Whenever he went, Sam heard," Get out of the water". One hot sunny day Sam heard splashing and laughing. There was a pool party going on and the pool full of water. Sam ran through the crowd and jumped into the water. Everyone jumped into the pool. They wanted to be in the water with Sam.


Last story is "GOOD NIGHT, SAM". It was bedtime. Molly, Noah, Mother and Father went upstairs to bed. Sam was alone downstairs and he was wide awake. He tried to do something but he had nothing left to do. He looked out the window, the moon was bright. Sam threw back his head and sang but he was scolded. Suddenly he heard MONSTERS in the garbage and he barked but he was scolded. Sam sniffed the night air. He scratched at the door but he was scolded. Finally, he whimpered. Molly, Noah, Mother and Father couldn't not go back to sleep. Next morning, they all went downstairs. Then Sam lay down and closed his eyes. He was tired. He had had a busy night.


These stories are very interesting, I think. Sam is a active dog. Family is in trouble because of his actions. But they can't hate him. Sam is a very pretty dog.

My university life

I enjoy my university life. I have a lot of fiends, so I spend university life with them. Some times I don’ wan to go to university but there are my friends, so I go to university. I am always looking forward to talk with m fiends. My friends are fan of professional baseball team. We often talk about baseball game and it’s a very fun.

Thailand

I will write about Thailand. I like Thailand because my favorite singers are Thai. When I was high school student I saw Thai singer on TV. I have been a fan since then. Have you ever listened Thai music? I recommend you try listening to them. If you want to listen to them, please tell me. I lend some CDs.

Next, I like Siam Square in Bangkok. I have never been to Thailand but when I read the magazines and I watched the TV programs, I become to like Siam Square. There are many shops in Siam Square. It is very popular among the young people, so a lot of young people visit to there everyday. It’s not expensive that things are sold there. So, I want to go to there and I want buy many thing. Siam Square is a down town, so a lot of famous singer, actor and actress visit there. When I visit there, I want to meet them.

I wish I could go to Thailand someday.

How I study English

I study English with CDs and DVDs at home. I have some English CDs, so I always listen to them and see the words. And, I often watch foreign movies, and then I watch the movie with Japane. In this way I study English. I don't like to study, so I study English with my favorite CDs and moves. This way is very interesting, isn't it? I want to buy new English CDs and DVDs.

Food/ Eating haits

I don't eat breakfast everyday because I can't wake up early. When I go to school, I bring a lunch box. My mother makes it every morning. And, I eat vegetables every night for my health but I like sweets. So, I must cut down it. I also like fruits, for example, strawberry, peach, mangoes and so on. I often eat it. I want to eat breakfast everyday, after this.

Writing I-II

I learned many things in Writing I-II. The classes were basic English so it was very useful. First, I had never sent a letter in English before but when I took the classes, I had to send a letter to my friends in English. I was surprised. There was no class in high school classes.

Next, I learned about prepositions. Of course, I had studied before I took the class. But I didn’t have a good command of prepositions, so I learned about it more. I got the impression in Writing I-II is I talked with my friends in English in the class.

I liked it very much. I think Writing I-II classes were very important for me.

BR 1-05: The Flying Elephant

I read “The Flying Elephant”. I think this book is easy to read so I chose it.
Its summary of this book is, mother went shopping with the children. The children looked up. There was an elephant on the roof. The elephant looked funny. The elephant was fat. The children laughed. After that, there was a storm. The wind blew. It rained and rained. It was a bad storm. The wind was strong. It blew the elephant away. The children went to school. The elephant was in the playground. The children laughed. The children liked the fat elephant. They wanted it to stay. But they had to back it. The one of the children said “It’s a flat elephant now.”
　
There was a balloon elephant that the children saw it at shop in their school by chance; I think it is wonderful thing. A fat elephant was flat elephant which let the air out of it. I think it is interesting.

I really really really really happy!!!! I love Sakamoto!!!! He is great baseball player, isn't he?! He hit two home run today. The Giants won the game by the grace of Sakamoto. I want the Giants to win the game tomorrow. I can't stop to smile my face:)
I think I will have a pleasant dream...

Fruits

Do you like fruits? What fruits do you like the best? I like strawberries, mangoes, peaches and so on. How do you eat when you eat mangoes? I think most people eat it stand. But in Thailand, most people eat it with glutinous rice, like this.⇒
When I knew it, I was surprised. I want to try to eat it.

There are many kinds’ fruits in Thailand. For example, there are mangoes, pineapples, papayas, star fruits and so on. I want to go to Thailand and I want to eat fruits.

Yesterday, I watched a baseball game on TV and I mailed with my friend then. We talked about the Giants. She knows I like Sakamoto player, so she sent a mail with a picture. This is it→
How do you think it? I think this is not like him. Ha ha ha… But it is very cute! I was very glad with her kindness. Thank you. Her action is very cute, isn’t it? I like her very much：）

By the way, the Hawks beat the Marines 6-2. But! The Giants are stronger!! I really want to watch the Giants game. I wish my father got the tickets.

By the way, do you have your car? I don’t have my car. I always borrow my parent’s when I need it. I drive a Land Cruiser. I like it very much because it is big and cool. If there are people who want to ride it, please tell me! Let’s drive together!
